In addition to the Riders (Restaurant), the Rider's Bar is located on our grounds. Those who like to have a coffee in the afternoon in the cozy lounge corner or enjoy a cool drink by the pool, are served in our Rider's Bar. In addition, we offer our guests creative cocktails and long drinks, which can be tasted either as an appetizer before dinner or as a nightcap afterwards.
The Riders leaves nothing to be desired among our guests. In the stylishly furnished interior or on our large terrace overlooking the Tramuntana mountains, our guests are offered a variety of international delicacies. Our chef Thorsten Werdermann conjures up creative dishes, some of them specially grown ingredients - whether Mediterranean, Asian or home-style German, there is something for every palate. Quality is our top priority. When selecting our suppliers, we pay particular attention to obtaining fresh and high-quality goods. Even fresh fruit and vegetables from our own production comes on our plate. A kitchen garden with over 300 fruit trees, local vegetables and various herbs provides high-quality organic products, which we serve our guests in a variety of forms.
The Riders serves its guests with international fine dining. Our chef Thorsten Werdermann is there from the beginning and creates not only magic on the tongue of our guests, but also the certain smile and silence when it tastes good.
